I couldn’t write a better review for Tyler Gibbs at Titus Will Hyundai, this was my first new car purchase and I couldn’t have done it without Tyler being so helpful. He explained all the details about the vehicle, and helped me get the best deal on my new car, I felt confident and comfortable with my decision! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to ask for Tyler Gibbs. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family- Thanks Tyler!

My husband and I just went through the process of trading in his car and buying an suv and I could not recommend going to this dealership more! We worked with Tyler and he was upfront, honest, and very genuine as he listened to what we wanted out of the deal and what we wanted in a new car. We drove away so happy and we couldn't have done it without him! Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and helpful! Where to begin… well my husband and I have decided to start our own basketball team and it was time for me to trade in my beautiful 2021 Lexus IS 350F sport so all our spawns could fit in one vehicle. So there we were on a Saturday talking about, “let’s just go to Hyundai and see what they got!!” I told my husband I just want to see I am not in a hurry to part ways with my baby (the Lexus). So we get to Hyundai and there is Tyler standing by the window, we park and he instantly comes out and greets us and begins to ask 21 questions on how he could help us. We tell him all we want and what it’s going to take to make it happen. Bam he takes off on his long adventure to the managers table, he comes back with an offer. Even though it wasn’t exactly what we wanted we could see that he was ready to negotiate for us and figure out a way to make us happy and his managers. Bam he heads back for another duel and shortly after comes back with two deals, one with cash down and one without and both had more trade in value for our car, which is what we originally wanted. After a couple hours we finally agreed on a deal and Tyler killed it! Besides the fact that our 1 year old made a huge mess in his area he was so joyful and honest and just overall a great person to deal with during a little stressful time! Even after purchasing he reached out to make sure everything is good to go! If you decide to go to this store for a car, ask for Tyler! You won’t regret it!

We had a great experience buying a new car with Titus Will of Olympia. Tyler Gibbs was our sales person and did an outstanding job! He was extremely knowledgeable in the products he sold. I was even more appreciative of not being pressured which made this an enjoyable car buying experience. The finance department was awesome by providing a quick turnaround.

Tyler Gibbs was by far the best car salesman I have ever bought from. He was super transparent and worked with me to get me the best deal and trade in value. Just made our second purchase in about 3 years from Titus-Will Hyundai. As expected they went above and beyond to find a car for my wife. From the sales team, sales manager, the director of used cars (even though we bought new, to the finance team they were really easy to work with. The wife was very specific to what she wanted, and the sales manager went to work finding a vehicle that she wanted. This resulted in a dealer trade to get the car she was wanting to make it happen. Like I said they went above and beyond to ensure the sales experience was flawless. This will be the third vehicle we have bought from one of the Titus-Will dealers. With two from Hyundai and my truck from their GMC store we will be life long Titus-Will customers.
